Directions: Follow your doctor’s prescription exactly. Ryaltris is for nasal use only, so avoid spraying it into your eyes or mouth. If a child swallows the medicine or if you use too much, seek medical help immediately. Regular check-ups with your doctor are important to monitor your symptoms and check for side effects. Ryaltris may cause drowsiness, so do not drive, operate machinery, or engage in activities that require alertness until you know how it affects you. Avoid drinking alcohol or taking other medicines that may cause drowsiness while using Ryaltris. Before the first use, shake the bottle well, remove the dust cap, and press the pump firmly six times into the air until a fine mist appears. If you do not use it for 14 days or more, re-prime with two sprays. Before using, blow your nose gently, shake the bottle well, and hold it upright. Close one nostril and insert the spray tip into the other, aiming slightly outward. Tilt your head forward, press the pump firmly, and inhale gently. Repeat for the second spray in the same nostril, then switch to the other nostril. Do not blow your nose for at least 15 minutes after use and avoid tilting your head back. After each use, wipe the spray tip with a clean tissue and replace the dust cap. If the spray pump gets blocked, remove it, soak it in warm water for 15 minutes, rinse, and let it dry completely before reattaching. Re-prime with two sprays before using it again.

Do not use Ryaltris Nasal Spray if you are allergic to olopatadine hydrochloride, mometasone furoate monohydrate, or any of its ingredients.

Tell your healthcare provider about all the medicines you take, including prescription and nonprescription medicines, vitamins, and herbal supplements. Especially inform them if you take:  

• certain medicines for HIV (ritonavir, atazanavir, indinavir, nelfinavir, saquinavir) 
• cobicistat-containing products 
• certain antifungals (ketoconazole, itraconazole) 
• certain antibiotics (clarithromycin, telithromycin) 
• certain antidepressants (nefazodone) 

Ryaltris and other medicines may affect each other, leading to side effects. Keep a list of your medicines and show it to your healthcare provider or pharmacist when starting a new medicine. 

Drug Interactions

• Drugs like ritonavir, atazanavir, indinavir, nelfinavir, and saquinavir may affect the metabolism of mometasone furoate, potentially increasing its levels and side effects.
• These can similarly alter the metabolism of mometasone furoate, leading to increased corticosteroid exposure and potential side effects.
• Strong CYP3A4 inhibitors like ketoconazole and itraconazole can raise plasma concentrations of mometasone furoate, increasing the risk of systemic corticosteroid effects.
• Clarithromycin and telithromycin, both CYP3A4 inhibitors, may enhance the risk of systemic corticosteroid side effects when used with Ryaltris.
• Alcohol and other CNS depressants should be avoided due to potential drowsiness and impaired CNS function.

Store upright with the dust cap on at room temperature (20°C to 25°C). Do not freeze or refrigerate. Safely discard expired or unused medicine. Dispose of the bottle after 240 sprays following first priming, as continued use may not provide the correct dose. Keep out of reach of children.
