Indication
Imodium (loperamide) is used for the rapid relief of diarrhea symptoms. Imodium (loperamide) makes the stools more solid and less.
Dosage and Administration

Imodium Ingredient
Medicinal ingredient: Loperamide hydrochloride
Non medicinal ingredient: D&C Yellow #10, FD&C Blue #1, FD&C Yellow #6, magnesium stearate, lactose monohydrate, pregelatinized starch and sodium starch glycolate.
Mechanism of Action
Imodium works by slowing down the movement of the gut. This helps to decrease the number of bowel movements and makes the stool less watery.
Contraindications
