About Dristan Long Lasting Nasal Mist
Dristan Long Lasting Nasal Mist (oxymetazoline) is indicated for relieving nasal discomfort and sinus congestion caused by cold, allergies and hay fever. Dristan belongs to a class of medications called nasal decongestants. It works by narrowing the blood vessels in the nasal passages, reducing swelling and congestion. This helps allow easier breathing.
Ingredients
Active ingredient (in each dose): Oxymetazoline hydrochloride 0.05% w/v
Inactive ingredients: Benzalkonium chloride, benzyl alcohol, camphor, disodium edetate, ethyl alcohol, eucalyptol, hypromellose, menthol, phosphoric acid, sodium chloride, sodium phosphate, water.
Directions
For adults aged 12 and older, blow your nose before using Dristan Long Lasting Nasal Mist. Apply 2 to 3 sprays per nostril every 10 to 12 hours. Do not exceed 2 doses within 24 hours. It is not recommended for children under 12.
When should Dristan not be used?
Do not use Dristan Long Lasting Nasal Mist if you are allergic to oxymetazoline or any of its ingredients. Avoid Dristant if you are taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors (Emsam), are sensitive to similar

Do not use Dristan Long Lasting Nasal Mist:
